From your initial consultation to the moment you receive the keys to your new semi-custom residence, our team will be by your side every step of the way, providing everything you need to embark on a life of luxury.
Step 1: Vision & Discovery
Meet with our team to discuss your lifestyle, aesthetic goals, and "must-have" features. We’ll align your vision with the right floor plan and site requirements.
Step 2: Budget & Agreement
Our estimating team provides a transparent cost breakdown. Once the budget and timeline are finalized, we execute a formal building contract.
Step 3: Design & Blueprints
Collaborate with our CAD designers to refine architectural details. We finalize every layout and modification to ensure the plans are perfect before breaking ground.
Step 4: Permitting & Site Prep
We handle the logistics—obtaining building permits, clearing the land, and coordinating utility or septic connections. You’ll meet the builder on-site to visualize the home’s placement.
Step 5: The Build & Selections
Construction begins with foundation and framing. During this phase, you’ll select your interior finishes—from cabinetry to flooring—and join us for scheduled walk-throughs to monitor progress.
Step 6: Welcome Home
After final inspections and a detailed orientation to your home’s systems, we hand over the keys. It’s time to move into your new Protostar home.
