Yes. We offer comprehensive in-house drafting and design services. Whether you want to start from a blank slate or have a specific plan you’d like us to modify, we work with you to ensure the design fits your vision and your lifestyle.

We do not charge for initial site evaluations or detailed quotes. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident in the value we provide before you commit. Our drafting and design services are also provided at no additional cost to our homeowners.

We include high-quality finishes that define a custom home. This includes hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, granite countertops, under-mount sinks, and custom cabinetry with soft-close features. On the exterior, we focus on durability and aesthetics with materials like brick and Hardie siding.

Our service map provides a general idea of where we build, but we are often able to accommodate projects just beyond those borders. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis depending on the distance and logistics. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific location.

As a true custom builder, we offer a high degree of flexibility. You aren’t limited to a small catalog of choices; we have access to a vast range of products and materials. While we maintain strict quality standards for the products we install, we strive to incorporate the specific finishes and features you desire.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. We provide a one-year warranty on the installation and workmanship of all structural materials and fixtures. Furthermore, many of the individual components in your home—such as appliances and roofing—carry their own extended manufacturer warranties.

Building "on-your-lot" involves unique challenges, and we handle the heavy lifting for you. We manage the building permit process, help you coordinate with local utility companies, and work with vendors to ensure your site is fully prepared for construction.

While the timeline can vary based on the complexity and size of your custom home, we prioritize efficiency and attention to detail by managing a select number of projects at a time. Most of our homes are completed within 140 to 150 days from the start of construction.
